Order & Purchase
Add the product to your cart, enter your address and payment details, and complete the order. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
Yes, you can shop as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, view history, and access exclusive offers.
You can request cancellation before the order is shipped by contacting customer service. After shipping, the return process applies instead.
Use the tracking link in your confirmation email or check the 'My Orders' section in your account.
Payment
We accept credit/debit cards and bank transfer. Installment options are available for credit cards.
All payments are encrypted with SSL. Card details are never stored on Sidart Home servers.
Delivery
In-stock items are shipped within 3–7 business days. Custom-made items may take 3–6 weeks, as noted in the order confirmation.
Shipping is free above a certain order total. Check the current free-shipping threshold on the cart page.
Returns & Exchange
You can return unused, original-packaged items within 14 days of delivery. Assembled furniture cannot be returned.
Report it with photos within 24 hours of delivery. We will cover the return shipping and replace the item.
Product & Warranty
Wooden and metal frames have a 2-year manufacturing warranty. Upholstery and fabric materials are covered for 1 year.
