Distance Sales Agreement

Article 1 — Parties

Article 2 — Subject Matter

This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Sidart Home website, in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Article 3 — Product

The basic characteristics, price, delivery information, and payment method of the product are detailed on the order completion screen and in the order confirmation email. The order summary forms an integral part of this agreement.

Article 4 — Delivery

• Products in stock are shipped within 3-7 business days from the order date.
• For products requiring custom production or procurement, delivery may take 3-6 weeks; this will be indicated in the order confirmation.
• The delivery address is the address provided by the Buyer at the time of ordering.
• Orders that cannot be reached or accepted by the courier are returned; re-delivery costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made using the method selected during the order (credit/debit card, bank transfer/EFT). Instalment options for credit cards are displayed on the payment page. The order amount is charged after the payment process is completed.

Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the delivery date without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify in writing within this period (info@sidarthome.com) and return the product in its original packaging, unused.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

• Products manufactured specially to the customer's request or personalised items
• Furniture that has been assembled or shows signs of use
• Products damaged by the Buyer

Article 7 — Refund

Upon proper exercise of the right of withdrawal and receipt of the product by the Seller, the payment amount will be refunded to the Buyer using the original payment method within 14 days.

Article 8 — Dispute Resolution

Turkish law governs any disputes arising from this agreement. Consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at their place of residence or where the consumer transaction took place.

Article 9 — Entry into Force

By completing their order, the Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this agreement. The agreement enters into force at the moment of order confirmation.
