2. Product and Price

The type, quantity, unit count, sale price, total price including VAT, shipping fee, payment method, and delivery details of the product are stated on the order confirmation page and order summary. The amount shown in the order summary is the final payment amount; no additional fees will be charged.

3. Payment and Delivery

Payments are made via bank transfer / EFT to the IBAN stated in the order confirmation. Your order will begin preparation on the day the payment is received in the Seller's account. For made-to-order products, the delivery time is as stated on the product page; in-stock products are shipped within 30 days at the latest.

4. Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of the delivery of the product to themselves or the person at the designated address, without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty.

The withdrawal notice must be submitted in writing to info@sidart.com.tr or to our customer line at 0530 607 12 61. The product return must be completed within 10 days from the notification date, and the product price will be refunded to the Buyer's account by the Seller within 14 days.

5. Products Excluded from Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts; the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for custom-made (made-to-order) productsproduced according to the Buyer's personal requests, including custom measurements, colors, and fabric selections.

6. Complaints and Disputes

The BUYER may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts for complaints and disputes. Monetary thresholds are updated annually by the Ministry of Trade.

7. Confirmation

By confirming their order, the BUYER acknowledges that they have read, understood, and confirmed this Pre-Information Form electronically.
