Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
At Sidart Home, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If the products you purchased do not meet your expectations, we are here with our easy return and exchange policy.
Return Conditions
The following conditions must be met to return your products:
- A return request must be created within 14 days from the delivery date.
- The product must be unused, untested, and in its original condition.
- The original packaging, labels, and all accessories must be complete.
- Application must be made with an invoice or order number.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- Products manufactured to special order or personalized
- Products showing signs of use or that have been assembled
- Products damaged due to customer fault
Return Process
Create a return request from your account or by contacting customer service.
Receive the return approval and shipping code by e-mail.
Deliver the product in its original packaging to the agreed shipping company.
After the product reaches us, your return will be completed within 3-5 business days.
Product Exchange
If you wish to exchange the product you purchased for a different color, size, or model, the same return process applies. Simply notify our customer service of your exchange request. The exchange will be carried out according to stock availability.
Refund
After the returned product reaches us and is inspected, your payment will be refunded to your account using the same payment method within 3-5 business days. For credit card payments, the reflection time may vary depending on your bank's processing time.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must report it with photos within 24 hours of the delivery date. In this case, the shipping cost will be covered by us and your product will be replaced or refunded as soon as possible.
