Delivery and Installation

  1. DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY FOR ORDERS WITHIN TURKEY
    1. We work with various shipping and cargo companies depending on the product size and delivery address.
    2. Once the product is ready for shipment, our team will contact the customer to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.
    3. Delivery times vary for each product and region. For detailed information about delivery times, you can consult our customer service representatives.
    4. Orders are forwarded to the production department after receiving bank approval and after the 3 (three) days during which the customer can cancel the order. Following the production and packaging process, which may vary depending on the size and type of the ordered product(s), the product is handed over to our partnered cargo/shipping company. Depending on the distance to the delivery address within Turkey, the cargo/shipping company will deliver your order within 1-3 days.
    5. Delivery times for custom-made products vary according to the production schedule. Information about the delivery and timelines of such products will be provided by our customer service team.
    6. In the event of any issue caused by us, you will be informed through your membership contact details. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate.
    7. Deliveries are not made on public holidays or during festive periods.
    8. All selected products are delivered to you under the Sidart Home guarantee by our partnered cargo/shipping companies.
    9. The products you purchase will be confirmed via a confirmation email. If any of the selected products are out of stock, you will be notified via email, and the restocking date of the product will be provided.
    10. SidartHome.com is an online shopping platform that allows multiple users to shop simultaneously. Rarely, the same product may be purchased by more than one customer, causing stock shortages. In such cases, if the product you ordered is out of stock, a waiting period of at least 4 (four) and at most 30 (thirty) days applies. If the product cannot be delivered to the customer within this period, the payment will be refunded.
    11. When the products are ready for shipment, our customer service team will contact you one day in advance to deliver your order on a date and time convenient for you.
    12. Delivery dates may change due to factors such as road conditions or weather. In such cases, our customer service team will contact you to arrange a new date. Delivery includes transportation to your residence and installation/assembly for addresses within Turkey.
    13. Before accepting the delivery, the customer must inspect the product for any damage or defects such as dents, cracks, or torn packaging. The customer should not accept damaged or defective products from the cargo/shipping company. Once the product is accepted, it is deemed to be in good condition. After delivery, the customer must take care to preserve the product. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the product must not be used, and the invoice must be returned along with the product.
  2. DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE TURKEY
    1. If assembly services are requested, we collaborate with service companies providing installation services abroad, depending on the customer's region and country of residence. The service fee, which varies by country and region, is collected from customers prior to the assembly service.
    2. For orders outside Turkey, if assembly service is not requested, customers can perform or arrange the assembly themselves.
    3. Shipping and freight costs for deliveries to countries outside Turkey are charged separately and are requested from the customer before delivery once the order is ready.
    4. Delivery dates for countries outside Turkey vary depending on the destination country and region. For more detailed information about delivery times and details, you can consult our customer service team.
